How will we communicate with Asian workers?

The majority of Asian workers we recruit are English speakers and adapt quickly to learning Romanian, especially when employers provide language courses and encourage them to practice. We usually select candidates with at least two years of international experience, many of whom have previously worked in Saudi Arabia, where they were required to learn and use multiple languages. In rare cases where direct communication may be more difficult, we assist with the setup of mobile applications that allow real-time translation, ensuring smooth interaction between employers and employees.

The duration of the recruitment process can vary depending on the position and the number of applicants. Typically, it can take several weeks from the initial application to receiving a job offer.
